Creating a Marketing Plan

From the Dashboard page, click the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner.
If you do not see the "Gear" icon, you may not have the right permissions on your account. Please verify with your Brokerage's system admin.

Click "Marketing Plan" in the dropdown menu.

The Manage Marketing Plans page will display a table of all the current active marketing plans in the system.

Scroll to the bottom left corner of the page and click the "Add Marketing Plan" button.

The Add Marketing Plan window allows you to specify the parameters for the marketing plan.

Fill out the required fields for the marketing plan. Be sure to have links ready for your marketing plan cover photo.
If you do not have your links ready for your marketing plan cover photo, you can use a placeholder and add the photo later. See Step XX

Click "Add"

After saving your marketing plan, use the search bar to find your plan in the table.
Adding Tasks to Marketing Plan

Your marketing plan will appear as a normal entry in the table, but you'll notice there are three new icons under the "Action" column. The "Edit Marketing Plan" icon allows you to make updates to your marketing plan such as changing it's ID or description.

Click the "Manage Tasks" icon to add tasks to the marketing plan.

You will notice that the Edit Marketing Plan Detail page includes a "Manage Tasks" table, but since your plan is new it will be blank.

Click "Add Task" in the top right corner to begin adding tasks to your plan.

The Add Task window, allows you to set the parameters for the new task.

You can add a condition for the Marketing Plan.

You can even assign a specific workflow to the task to ensure no steps are missed.

Click "Add" to save the task.

After your task has been saved you'll notice your task has been added to the table. You'll then have the option to click the "Add Task" button again to add more tasks, if needed.

Each task's Action column includes the "Edit Task" icon and "Delete Task" icon. You can utilize the icons to edit or delete your tasks.
Generating a URL for the Cover Photo

Click the "Gear" icon in the upper right corner, and choose User Management.

Click the dropdown next to "New User".

Click "Upload Document"

Choose the file from your device.

Click "Upload"

Copy the URL generated for the photo.

Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]]

Click "OK"

Exit the Manage Users Panel by clicking the brokerage icon on the top of the page.

Navigate back to the Marketing Plan. Click the "Gear" icon.

Click "Marketing Plan"

Click the Edit Marketing Plan button next to the new Marketing Plan.

Paste the cover image URL that you just copied.

Click "Update"
