Navigate to [You2Mentor](https://app-y2m-app-stg.azurewebsites.net/dashboard)
Tip! The Dashboard gives you an overview of your Mentor and Mentee connections as well as your development hub and skill recommendations based on your mentorship connections.

Milestone, steps and development areas

Click **Development Hub**

To add new **development areas**, type a **short description** of the development area and click **Add** (or **[[enter]]**)

To help you keep track of your development areas, you can set key milestones. Click **Add Milestone** to add your first milestone.

Fill in the **Milestone details** and click **Add Milestone**

Under each **Milestone** you can add **steps** that help you achieve the **Milestone**. Click on the **chevron** to **expand** the **steps** section

Click **Add Step**

**Fill** in your step details and click **Add Step**

Repeate the above to add more steps as applicable

After adding steps, you can change the status of the step by clicking on the **chevron** to **expand** the step detail

Click on the **status** dropdown and select the **IN_PROGRESS** option

Any changes you make to the milestones and/or steps they will be automatically reflected in the **Milestones and actions timeline**.

Once you're happy with your changes, click **Save Changes**

Your Development hub has been successfully updated! 🎉

You can also view your Development Overview from the Dashboard tab. Click **Dashboard**.

To go back to the Development Hub, you can either click on the **Development hub** tab in the navigation bar or click on the **View More Details** button
View Mentee Milestone Progress
Tip! As a mentor, you have the ability to view your mentee milestone progress to help them stay on track!

Click **Connections Overview**

Click **My Mentees**

Click **View Profile**

Scroll down to the **Milestone Progress** section and you can view the milestones set by this mentee.
