Creating a New Purchase Account Manager

Thriveaccounts

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Purchases Module.

Click "Purchase Account Managers"

Purchase account managers are used on purchase transactions, typically when a purchase is handled under a specific account. These records can also be used for filtering on reports.\ Here you will find previously created purchase account managers on the system.

Click "NEW PURCHASE ACCOUNT MANAGER"

Click the "Code" field to add a reference code.

Click the "Name" field to add the name of the Purchase Account Manager.

Click "SAVE"

To view details, edit or deactivate a Purchase Account Manager, use the overflow menu.
