Creating a Restaurant on Just a Menu

The Restaurant Creation tutorial will guide you through these steps automatically, but they are broken down here in detail.

From the Home Screen click "Create Restaurant"

Click "Create Menu for a customer outlet".

Enter the restaurant name, and outlet number.

Click the "Save" button

Upload the restaurants logo by pressing the large, "Upload Restaurant Logo" button.

After the logo has been uploaded and appears, press the "Save" button.
You will now choose a theme for the QR menu - the theme you choose will only impact the QR menu. You will still be able to custom design TV Menus, Paper Menus and more with different themes.

Scroll through the list of themes, and press Apply Theme on the theme that you would like to apply. Note - this theme only applies to your QR menu.
You will now select the CCSWB Products that will be available on your menu.

To save time, enter a default price for bottled beverages.

Now select which bottled beverages are available in store.
You can adjust the price of any bottled beverage by simply altering it in the price box that appears next to each beverage. This is useful if glass bottles are more expensive for example.

Now repeat the process for fountain beverages by choosing fountain from the drop down menu.

When setting a default price for Fountain beverages you can enable multi-price mode for beverages that are multiple prices.

Enter the default price for each beverage size, you can change specific beverage prices the same way you did before.

Select the beverages available in the outlet, adjusting the prices for each beverage if necessary.

Dr. Pepper beverages must be "allowed" before being added to the beverage menu, so first "allow it" by pressing this switch.

Then select the beverage.

When you are finished selecting beverages, select the "Save" button at the top of the page.

To perform an automatic menu import, select the "Auto Import" button.

The steps to import an image or a PDF for automatic menu import are identical. Simply select if you are uploading a PDF or a photo of the menu items.

You can choose to import an image of the menu or a PDF. PDFs are preferred, so we will demonstrate that process by simply selecting "PDF".

Click the button to upload the PDF, and choose the PDF you wish to upload.

Click the "Save" button to begin the automatic import.
The automatic import will take 2-3 minutes to process the menu.
You can re-arrange items by dragging and dropping them.

If you need to adjust any items, simply press the pencil icon, and adjust the price, item name, or description.

Make the necessary changes on the pop-up window that appears.

When you are satisfied with the import, press the accept import button.
You will be able to edit items at any time from the restaurant dashboard.
