Click "Add a participant"

Click the "First name*" field.

Type the name of the person you are creating the profile for.

Click the "Birthdate*" field.

Find the birthday

You shouldn't find a participant if they do not have a HCR number. Click "Create a new participant"

Complete the form. These are required fields to create a profile.
