Creating an Audience on Squeegee SEND

In this tutorial you will learn how to create an audience for your campaign on the Squeegee SEND feature.

Please note Squeegee SEND is only available on ***Ultimate*** and up plans.

Click onto "Messaging" and select "Send".

Click "Audiences",\ Then "Create Audience".

Choose a name for your targeted customers, for example "Window cleaning customers", and type this into the "Name" field.

Enter a description of the selected customers if you wish into the "Description" field.

Now you can filter which customers will be included in this audience. You can do this by clicking onto the down arrow next to "All".

Choose from the list of filters which you want to apply - you must add a new filter for each new specification.

Then click "Save Filter".

You can then add another filter if you would like to be more specific in which customers you are addressing by repeating the same process.

You can also select whether these filters are an "And/Or" application, and then click "Save".

You will then be shown the list of all the customers that meet the specifications you have outlined.

You can see the new audience added to your list which is ready to be applied to any campaign in the future.
