Creating an Email Campaign - Enbridge EN

This guide shows you how to create an email campaign. It provides tips for naming & scheduling campaigns as well as steps on how to customize the email content.

Hover over the email Campaigns drop down and click "Create An Email Campaign"

Give your campaign a name. This is for internal reporting purposes.

Decide when you would like to send the campaign. You can choose between sending right away or scheduling for a future date and time.

Choose an optional subscription type from the drop down menu.

Add a subject line. This will show in your recipients inbox.

Edit the sender information as needed.

Next you can add your lists by clicking on "Select/Add Lists".

Click on "Add to Campaign" for all the lists you would like included.

Click "finished".

You can also add individual contacts by clicking on "Add an Existing Contact"

Search for individuals using the search bar.

Click the check box next to the profile of the contact you'd like to add.

Then click "Add to Campaign".

To create your email, click "Create your Email Content"

Navigate into either the private, account or corporate template folder and find the template you would like to use. Hover over the template and click "Select this template"

You can edit the content of the template by clicking on the individual text or image blocks. You can also add additional sections by dragging them across from the left side panel. For more information on creating a template, see guide called Design Templates.

Once your template is ready, click "Save and Continue"

If you are not ready to send it yet, click "Save as Draft"

To access your draft campaigns, hover over "Email Campaigns" and click "Edit An Email Campaign Draft"

To continue editing a draft, click "Edit"

When you are ready to send your email, click "Confirm Campaign"

Review the details in the pop up and click "Confirm Campaign"

Your campaign stats can be found on the Sent Campaign Reports page.
