Custom Item Tags

Custom Item Tags act like short notes for you to keep track of under Items > Manage Items. These tags will show on the right side of the screen under the tags column.

Create Custom Tags

Click on "Items"

Click "Manage Items"

Scroll down and Click the "Tag Name" field to add your tags then create tag.

View your tags

Assigning Custom Tags

Select the items you would like to assign a tag to.

Click the "Assign Custom Tag" field.

Click this dropdown to choose the item tag.

The tags must be created already to batch assign custom tags.

Click "Update"

Click "Ok"

In the tags column, you will be able to see what items have a specific tag. You can also filter the tags column to only see those specific tagged items.

You are also able to add tags individually. 1.) Items > Manage Items > Click on the green pencil for the item you want to assign a tag to. 2.) Scroll down to Custom Tags 3.) Press the + next to the tag or tags you want to assign to the item.

Deleting a Custom Tag

Click "Delete Tags"

Click on the tag you want to delete.

Click "OK" to confirm

Click "Finish Deleting"

Any items that were tagged with the deleted tag will now be removed.

Adjusting tags in the Butler

After searching for a bidder in "Bidder Lookup", click "Checkout".

Click "Update Item Tags"

Click here.

Click this button to finish checking the bidder out.

You are also able to adjust the item tags after the bidder has paid.

Click "Paid Items"
