If you're booking an appointment for a particular location for the first time, select **Add Destination Location**. If you've previously booked an appointment for the destination location, then skip to step 5.

Search for the Southern Crown Partner location that you're shipping to. Locations that you've previously booked appointments for will not be available. - Our Savannah Location is titled **Southern Crown Partners: Garden City, GA** due to its address.

Type in the the SCP shipment number and select **OK** after selecting the destination location. - The shipment number must match the SCP shipment number. - PO numbers will not work when adding destination locations - Please reach out to the supplier if you don't have the SCP shipment number as our Forecasting team will provide suppliers with all necessary information.

You can search for and book your appointment using either the SCP shipment number or the SCP PO number after successfully adding the destination location of the shipment. - Please verify that you have the correct destination location selected in the top left corner of the screen.

Drag and drop your shipment into an open time slot to book your appointment.

- Always schedule appointments at the top of the hour. - Some slots will appear to be open, but will not allow appointments to be scheduled. This means that the slot is occupied by internal shipments and/or break times. We're working with DSDLink to provide carriers more insight to this issue. - When scheduling for **Myrtle Beach**, please make sure to select the dock titled **MYR - Sched**. No other docks will allow appointments.
