Dashboard User Status Guide (By Location)

Navigate to <https://enterprise.katanasafety.com>

You will be required to enter your company email address and password to login. These credentials are the same as what you use to get into the KATANA Safety app on your phone. Input your company issued email address

Enter your password.

Click "Enter"

You will be brought to the home page of the dashboard.

This page gives a general overview of user activity and alarm statistics.

The "Locations" option on the left-hand side of your screen, allows admins to group users by pre-set designation (i.e. geographic location). **In order to view user status by location/category, click "View Locations"**

Select the desired category/location you wish to get data from.

Press "User Status" to view the user status of each member assigned to this location.

Clicking on User Status will open up the User Status Report for the specific location.

The "Last Seen" column tells you when the user last opened their app. **Users should open their app daily.** \ Any user who has not opened the app in five or more days will receive a push notification (If notifications are on) indicating the app's inability to read battery. \ \ **You should reach out to anyone with a Last Seen date older than five days and have them activate a panic alert test from the device.**

The "Battery" column indicates battery health. "Fair", and "Low" are not bad readings, meaning they do not indicate the need for replacement. **If a device needs replacement due to battery, you will see the word "Replace" in this column.** "Test" in this column indicates that the app has been unable to determine a battery read, most probably due to lack of app activity. **You should Reach out to anyone who has the "Test" status and have them activate a panic alert test from the device.**

The "Alarm/Test" column has a green check if a user has activated an alert (test or otherwise) in the last 30 days. A "red minus sign" indicates that a user has not activated an alert (test or otherwise) in the last 30 days. Reach out to anyone with the "red minus sign" and encourage them to test an alert.

The "Settings" column indicates if the user has permission settings set correctly in the app. A "green check" indicates that all settings are set correctly. A "blue minus sign" indicates that some settings need to be adjusted (see next step)

Tip! If you hover over the "blue minus" in the settings column, you will get a pop up indicating the setting adjustment that needs to be made.

The "Profile Status" column indicates the level of profile completion. "Active" indicates that the user successfully completed set up. "Incomplete" indicates that the user has not attempted/completed set up. **(Reach out to anyone with this status and assist them to complete set up).** "Incomplete Circle" indicates that the user abandoned set up at the "Circle of Safety" section. **(Reach out to anyone with this status and assist them to complete set up).**
