Dashboard User Status Guide

This How-To guide will walk you through the User Status report of the Dashboard. We recommend viewing and taking action on this report at least once a month at a minimum.

User Status Report

**To Access the User Status Report** - **If your organization assigns Locations to your users. To access the User Status Report: In the left-hand column, Click on "Analytics.

Then click on "User Status" "User Status" allows admins to view the activity of users. (When they were last in the app, battery health, settings adjustments)

We recommend viewing this report monthly.

Clicking on User Status will open up the User Status Report. This can be downloaded as a excel spreadsheet.

User Status Definitions

Last Seen

The "Last Seen" column tells you when the user last opened their app. ***Users should open their app daily.*** \ Any user who has not opened the app in five or more days will receive a push notification (if notifications are on) indicating the app's inability to read battery.

Recommendation: **You should reach out to anyone with a Last Seen date older than five days and have them activate a panic alert test from the device.**

Battery

The "Battery" column indicates battery health. "Fair" and "Low" do not indicate the need for replacement. **If a device needs replacement due to battery, you will see the word "Replace" in this column.** "Test" in this column indicates that the app has been unable to determine a battery read, most probably due to lack of app activity. A missing battery icon indicates that a device is not connected to their account.

**You should Reach out to anyone who has the "Test" status and have them activate a panic alert test from the device. You should also reach out to anyone that has a missing battery icon and was assigned a device.**

Alarm/Test

The "Alarm/Test" column has a green check if a user has activated an alert (test or otherwise) in the last 30 days from today. A "red minus sign" indicates that a user has not activated an alert (test or otherwise) in the last 30 days.

Reach out to anyone with the "red minus sign" and encourage them to test an alert. It is a best practice to test an alert once every 30 days.

Settings

The "Settings" column indicates if the user has permission settings set correctly in the app. A "green check" indicates that all settings are set correctly. A "blue minus sign" indicates that some settings need to be adjusted (see next step)

Tip! If you hover over the "blue minus" in the settings column, you will get a pop up indicating the setting adjustment that needs to be made.

Reach out to any user that needs to adjust their settings.

Profile Status

The "Profile Status" column indicates the level of profile completion. "Active" indicates that the user successfully completed app set up. "Incomplete" indicates that the user has not attempted/completed set up. **(Reach out to anyone with this status and assist them to complete set up).** "Incomplete Circle" indicates that the user abandoned set up at the "Circle of Safety" section. **(Reach out to anyone with this status and assist them to complete set up).**
