How to Trigger a De-registration as a Club Admin

Navigate to [admin.us.squadi.com](https://ca-stg1.squadi.com/homeDashboard)

Select the User Module

Find the User Profile of the Particpant you would like to De-register

Select the Profile

Select the Registration tab

Select the three action dots > Registration Change

Click "De-register"

Navigate through the prompts

Click "Confirm"
How to Action a De-registration as a Club Admin

Go back to your Home Dashboard > You should see all the De-registrations awaiting your Approval here.

Select three action dots > Review

Select Approve

Select "Yes" **Note: If there was a Club Portion of Registration fee charged for this registration you will have the chance to issue a Partial or a Full Refund here.**
