Navigate to [https://www.icloud.com/](https://www.icloud.com/)

Click "Log in"

Fill in your username and password and click on the arrow

Click "Trust"

You are now connected to your iCloud account

Click on the icon "Find My"

Click "All my devices"

Select the device you want to remove
Only the device names are shown, there are no serial number or distinctive element to be able to differenciate between devices

Click "Delete from account"

Click "Suppress" to confirm
