Deactivate and Reactivate Weight Groups - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to deactivate and reactivate weight groups within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Weight Groups" from the IRP sub-menu

Existing weight groups will load

Click "Deactivate" from the actions menu icon

NOTE: Only vehicles with 0 vehicles can be deactivated

Click "Confirm"

System alerts of successful deactivation

Weight group status is updated to *inactive*

To reactivate an inactive weight group, click "Reactivate" from the actions menu icon

System alerts of a successful activation

Weight group status is now *active*
