Click on Avatar Dropdown Menu

Click "Settings"

Click "Deactivate Device"

Enter Email address you signed up with at https://piphi.network

Enter password you signed up with at https://piphi.network

Click "Deactivate"

Click "Yes"

Your device has now been deactivated
