Alert! All files deleted through this process are permanently deleted. However, none of the files deleted through this process impact your course in any way, as they are in no way connected to or used by any element of your course.

Navigate to the course you will be evaluating and updating for accessibility.

Click the "three dots" next to the magnifying glass.

Click "Unused Files"

Click the "checkbox" at the top to select all files.

Tip! If you would like to back up files that are not in use in your course, you can download them (right-hand side) and save them to OneDrive or SharePoint for archiving. These methods do not impact your accessibility score, nor do they impact our campus license for Blackboard storage.

Click "Delete Files"

Click "Delete"

Congratulations! All files that were previously deleted from your course are now removed from your accessibility report analysis, so you do not need to ensure they are accessible.
