Delete Vehicle(s) - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to delete vehicle(s) within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to IRP Vehicles

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Vehicles" from the IRP sub-menu

Be sure to search for the account you intend to work in\ Learn more about [searching for an account](https://scribehow.com/shared/Account_Lookup__btq-vMq5RuitKi5tT8hC-g?referrer=documents)

Select your desired registration year and fleet

Select "Delete Vehicle(s)" from the action dropdown menu

Eligible vehicle(s) will load below

Select the desired vehicle(s)

Click "Start"

Supplement Step 1 of 4 - Delete Details

Selected vehicles are saved to the delete supplement

NOTE: Supplement is available from the work in process page until submitted\ Learn more about [work in process](https://scribehow.com/shared/Work_in_Process__6YsAyJXqTTCE7m5FFs_5hw?referrer=documents)

Select a "Delete Date"

NOTE: If multiple vehicles are being deleted on the same supplement, the delete dates must be within the same calendar month

Select a "Delete Reason"

NOTE: Vehicles on delete supplement can be viewed or removed

NOTE: Additional vehicles can be added to the delete supplement

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 2 of 4 - Documentation

Documentation can be added if desired

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 4 - Verify

Verify supplement information and select preferences

Select preference for receiving invoice

Click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 4 - Submit

Review supplement and invoice details and click "Submit"

NOTE: Supplement is now open for DOT processing

Supplement Submitted

System redirects to the open supplement

Invoice and vehicle details load below

Return plates promptly for faster refunds. $5 fee per vehicle will be applied if plate is not returned or authorized to destroy.
