Delete a Credit Card from Profile

The agent’s profile must be impersonated in order for any Credit Card information to be updated.

Navigate to the User Profile for the Agent.

Click "Edit Profile" option.

The default credit card cannot be deleted; only additional credit cards can be deleted.
If the default credit card needs to be deleted, a new credit card must first be added and set as the default. Once this is done, the old default card can be deleted.

Click the Trash Bin icon of the Credit Card to be deleted.

Click "OK"

Click "OK"

The Credit Card will be removed from the table.
