Unassign employees from a coordination

You must perform this action when employees from your external company stop working in that coordination but remain linked to your company. Notifications will be deactivated, but they will remain employees of your organisation so they can be reassigned in the future.

Access the coordination editor

In step 3 "Employees", select the employee(s) associated with the coordination that you wish to unassign.

You can make a bulk selection and unassign several at once.

Click on "Unlink employee".

You will see that the employee has moved from the upper table "External company employees associated with the coordination" to the lower table "External company employees not associated with the coordination". This means that this employee no longer participates in the coordination process and, therefore, documentation will no longer be requested from them. However, they will remain linked to your company so that they can be used again in the future if required.

To finish, select "Go to coordinations" and you can continue with your day-to-day tasks.
