Dexcom CGM - Connect to endo.digital

This guide explains how to connect your Dexcom CGM to endo.digital to provide your healthcare provider with seamless glucose data sharing.

Access your patient invitation using the email platform and address you have on file with your healthcare provider.

Click the blue "Connect my glucose sensor" button.

To begin the connection process, confirm your date of birth by clicking the "Date of Birth" textbox. 1. Use the calendar dropdown boxes to choose: 1. Year and 2. Month. 2. Use the calendar to choose the day. 3. Click the blue "Submit" button.

Click the green "Connect Your Dexcom" button.

Enter the email you used to set up your Dexcom account in the "Email or Username" textbox.

Enter the password you used to set up your Dexcom account in the "Password" textbox.

Click the grey "Log in" button.

You will need to complete the Permission to Disclose and Authorization form by following these steps: 1. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen. 2. Click the "On your own behalf" toggle. It will turn green. 3. Type your name into the "Enter full name to authorize" textbox. 4. Click the grey "Authorize" button.

Your Dexcom has been successfully connected. Click the blue "ok" button and close any endo.digital windows to complete the connection process.
