Dexcom CGM - Disconnect a Patient

This guide helps users disconnect a patient’s Dexcom CGM device from endo.digital. It explains how to access the patient’s dashboard and confirm the disconnection. 01/01/2026

Access the patient's dashboard from the EMR. Click the blue "Connect Devices" link.

Click the blue "Disconnect Dexcom account" link.

If you're sure you want to disconnect the Dexcom data to endo.digital, click the blue "Yes" button.

There are two ways to confirm the Dexcom device is disconnected: 1. The green "Connect Dexcom Account" button reappears on the "Connect Devices" page. 2. The "Connected CGM device" information on the patient dashboard shows "N/A."
