Dexcom CGM - Disconnect from endo.digital

This guide provides simple steps to disconnect your Dexcom CGM from the endo.digital platform to discontinue sharing data with your provider.

Go to Dexcom's log in screen. 1. Enter your email address into the "Enter your email or username" textbox. 2. Enter your password into the "Password" textbox. 3. Click the green "Log In" button. Click here

Next, scroll down to the bottom of the "Manage Personal Information" page.

Under Third Party Applications, find "Advisor Pro." Click the green "View and Edit" link.

Then, you will need to disconnect endo.digital as a third party application by following these steps: 1. Click the light grey "Revoke" button. 2. Click the dark grey "Confirm" button.

You have successfully disconnected your Dexcom CGM from endo.digital.
