Dexcom Clarity Password - Reset

This guide provides a straightforward process for resetting your Dexcom password, ensuring you can quickly regain access to your account to connect to endo.digital.

Go to Dexcom's log in screen. Click the green "Need help logging in?" link.

Click the grey "Forgot password" button.

You will need to enter your user ID to recover your password by following these steps: 1. Click the "Email or username" toggle. It will turn green. 2. Type in your email in the textbox. 3. Click the grey "Send code" button.

Next, you will need to use the verification code to reset your password: 1. Open the email sent to the address you provided in the previous step. 2. Copy the verification code. 3. Navigate back to the verification screen. 4. Type in the verification code in the boxes provided. 5. Click the grey "Confirm" button.

Lastly, you will need to create your new password: 1. Type a password into the "Password" textbox that meets the criteria below. 1. As you enter a password, the grey checkmark next to each criteria will change to green when met. 2. Re-type the password into the "Confirm Password" textbox. 3. Click the grey "Reset Password" button.

Congratulations! Your password has been reset.
