Disable Transcription and Recording

Open Microsoft Teams.

Click on **Calendar** on the left-hand menu.

Open the meeting.

Click **Options**.

Click **Recording & transcription**.

Slide the toggle next to Recording & Transcription to turn it off.

Click **Apply**.
During the Meeting

Click on the **More (...)** menu.

Click **Record and transcribe**.

Click **Stop recording**.

Click **Stop**.
