Disabling an Ooma AirDial port

This allows you to disable an Ooma AirDial port without deleting it and losing your phone number. This only disables the ports ability to make/receive phone calls and does not stop billing.

Navigate to [https://rdm.ooma.com/](https://rdm.ooma.com/devices) and sign into your account.

Click the device you need to modify.

Click "Ports"

Click the icon for "Advanced Settings" on the port you need to update.

Click "Disable"

Toggle to disable the port.

Click "Update" to confirm the change.
