Display Cards

Display cards keep your auction items organized while in a large display. The display cards can show FMV, an image of the item, the item number and the item description for your bidders to view before bidding on the item. You can also add a QR code for each item to bring the bidder directly to the item in the online auction. They are only printable on 8 x 10 sheets of paper.

If you are using the QR code feature on your display cards, please note that your bidder will need to already be logged into the bidding site, and the item will need to be in an active status. Below is an example of a display card that includes the QR code.

Launching Display Cards in ClickBid

Click "Items"

Click "Display Cards"

Make any selections you would like from this page.

Click "Make Displays". This will populate your displays in a new browser. On this browser, you can make any edits to the text or descriptions that you'd like! Once you're happy with how your display looks, you are ready to print.

- If your descriptions are too long you won't be able to fit all your selections above on the page. - You can make changes to your Display cards after you click Display. These changes will not be saved after you hit print. - When you are ready to print, use ctrl + P or right-click and select print. - Our recommended theme is Classic. The border with this them has the most space for your description.
