If you have some booked visits in the trial, you can still delete such visit from the protocol

Click "Protocol"

Choose protocol version name

Click "Edit"

Click 3 dots menu close to the visit you want to delete

Click "Delete"

Click "Delete"

Click "Publish"

As you're deleting an existing visit, you will see a communication about impact of changes in the protocol on existing visits

Click "Confirm"

Deleted booked visits will be now displayed as "(OBSOLETE)". An obsolete visit can still be performed or rebooked.
