Displaying A Staff Member's Name on the Kiosk Staff List

When a person signs into the Kiosk, their reason for visiting your community may be to visit a staff member. Whether it's for a meeting, interview or appointment - that process is made easier by having the staff member's name display on the Kiosk for that guest to view and choose. We'd recommend having all of your executive team name's display in the Kiosk.

Accushield

Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com](https://dashboard.accushield.com/landing) Click "Accounts"

Click "Staff" from the dropdown.

Click the name of the staff member that you'd like to add to the Kiosk staff list.

Click "Edit"

Scroll down to the "Display In Kiosk" section

Toggle it On.

Along with their name appearing on the Kiosk, you can also have their title display, which can be informative. You can add in that person's title using the Title field on their profile.

If the staff member has a phone number listed on their profile, you may want to toggle on "Notify On Visit" When this is On, the staff member received an automatic text alert whenever a guest has chosen their name on the kiosk during sign-in, meaning they have a visitor waiting for them.

Click "Save" once done.

Now, during sign-in, when someone selects to Meet Community Staff as their reason for visiting...

You'll have a list of names and titles appear. Everyone on this list has that "Display In Kiosk" toggle turned ON in the Dashboard.
