District Account Overview

This guide is essential for district administrators looking to efficiently manage their district accounts in Missouri Connections. It provides comprehensive steps for logging in, generating ICAP and other activity reports, managing user accounts, batch creation and management of staff accounts, and individual site management, all from a centralized dashboard. By utilizing this guide, administrators can streamline their processes and gain valuable insights into student progress/staff management.

Logging In

Go to missouriconnections.org

Click "Site Admin/Staff Login"

Enter your Username & Password then click "Log In"

The District Account Administration Dashboard will allow you to complete a number of administrative activities from a district-wide perspective. These activities/links are described in the following pages of this guide.

ICAP/Career Plan Reports

Click "ICAP/Career Plan"

At the top, you will see a list of all the individual building sites that are members of this District Account. You can select/de-select buildings according to which you would like to run the report for. Multiple building sites can be selected.

After you've selected the building sites you'd like to run this report for, you can change the Plan you're searching for by clicking "Active Plans" and selecting a Plan from the drop-down box

You can change the current grade level of students you're looking for by clicking here and selecting/de-selecting grade level number, then clicking "Apply"

This will give you the number and percentage of students who have completed each of the components belonging to the plan you selected. You are not able to see final ICAP reports or Course Planner information from here - that can only be done in a Site Admin/Staff Account.

Click "Return to Main Menu"

Edit/Manage District Course Planner

Editing/Managing the District Course Planner has it's own training and guide. You can find this guide in the **ICAP/Course Planner** tab in Site Admin/Staff Tools.

Click "360 Course Planner"

Click "Return to Main Menu"

Other Reports

Click "Reports"

Click "Active Sites Only"

You'll have the ability to "Select All Sites" or "Clear All Sites" depending on what building site you're looking for

If you cleared all sites you can individually select the building sites you're looking for then click "Use Selected Sites"

Select the report to generate and click "Next"

Use the calendar icon to select a custom date range then click "Generate Report"

You will have the ability to either print or download the results to an excel file

Click "Return to Date Selection"

Click "Return to Select Reports"

Click "Return to Main Menu"

Find/Manage Individual Portfolios

Click "Individual Portfolio"

Search for a User Account by the available fields then click "Search"

Reset passwords, view portfolio activities, or transfer accounts here. Click "Main Menu" to return to dashboard.

Manage Individual Building Sites

Click "Data Maintenance"

Select a building site from the drop-down box and click "Go"

This allows you to manage an individual building site without having to track down the login credentials of the building site admin account. Run reports, create/manage user accounts, create/manage staff accounts, etc. Click "Manage Another Site" to return to dashboard.

Click "Return to Main Menu"

Batch Create/Manage Staff Accounts

Click "Staff Maintenance"

Click "Staff Report" to see a list of current staff accounts in the district. Click "Staff Menu" to return.

Click "Upload Site Codes Report" to see and write down the individual building site codes, you will need them later in the process

To batch create staff accounts click "Upload Staff Accounts"

Download the "Staff Upload Template" excel sheet and follow the instructions.

The passwords you create here will be temporary. Staff account holders will be prompted to change their password upon logging in the first time.

Click "Main Menu" to return to dashboard

Edit District Account

Click "My Account"

Edit the following fields as needed and click "Update"
