Click Data and Reporting.

Click "Reports"

Click "Compliance Reports"

Select "ZIP file :CRDC Report (2021-2022)"

Input the following: "Fall Count Date," as October 1st of the current school year: 10/01/YYYY. "School Year: "*Select Current School Year* "Spring Count Date:" as March 1st of the current school year: 03/01/YYYY "IDEA Count Date:" as December 1st of the current school year: 12/01/YYYY

Click "Submit"

**Upload the completed file as a Zip File in LWS.**
