Download CSV Templates from the UCPath Location Support Site

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and downloading CSV templates from the UCPath Location Support SharePoint site.

Sharepoint

UCLA has created custom templates for departments to submit Mass Funding Entry, Regular Time Entry (I-181), and Flat Dollar Amount (I-618) files. Refer to the [How to Find Mass Templates](https://centralresourceunit.ucla.edu/s/article/How-to-Find-Mass-Template) article for instructions on those transaction types.

Navigate to <https://ucofficeofthepresident.sharepoint.com/sites/UCPathLocationSupport/UCPathTemplates/Forms/AllItems.aspx>

Access to the UCPath Location Support Site is managed by the UCPath Center (UCPC).

Mass PayPath Updates

Locate the **Template Type: Mass Update for WFA Data Changes (Batch File)**. Click the arrow icon to expand the options.

Click the **ellipses (...)** icon.

Click the **Download** menu option.

Mass Hires

Locate the **Template Type: Batch Upload Process for Hires**. Click the arrow icon to expand the options.

If you are hiring Contingent Workers without positions, click the **ellipses (...)** icon on the line with the template containing WOPSN in the title.

Click the **Download** button.

If you are hiring employees or Contingent Workers with positions, click the **ellipses (...)** icon on the line with the template containing WPSN in the title.

Click the **Download** button.
