Download Event Attendees List from EagleSync

This guide provides a the process for downloading the Event Attendees List from EagleSync, making it easy for Group Officers to access important attendee information. By following the steps outlined, users can efficiently gather data for analysis or follow-up, enhancing event management and engagement.

Navigate to EagleSync

Click "Groups" and navigate to your Group.

Click "Events"

Click "Past Events"

Scroll down to the event you are wanting to collect attendance data for.

Click the wheel to "manage" your event.

Tip! Student Engagement is working with Institutional Effectiveness to have all check-in data pulled for a dashboard. If you are checking students, staff, or faculty in to events, this data will be given to Institutional Effectiveness no later than a week after each quarter.

You can choose to filter by all people checked, in or registered to make sure you are collecting the user data you need.

In order to select all attendees, click the box and then click "Select All ### Attendees"

Click "Download Attendees List"

When this box pops up you can check the information you want to have pulled in the report. \*Note that Year of Graduation is a student populated field and may not be accurate.

Click "Download"
