Download a Finalised Document

There are two ways to download a finalised document on Videosign: 1) From the Meeting Manager 2) From the Meeting Room The download will be in PDF format and will include the signed document, signee details, record tracking, certificate of authenticity and signee events. This step-by-step guide will show you how to download the document.

Videosign

Download from the Meeting Manager

From the Meeting Manager, click on the Edit icon on the meeting where the document was signed.

Click "Documents".

Click "Finalised".

Click "View Document".

Click the Download icon.

Download from the Meeting Room

Click "Enter".

Open the left-hand menu and click "Finalised".

Click on the document.

Click on the download icon located in the top-right corner.
