Download a Finalised Document (intelliflo)

There are two ways to download a finalised document when using the Videosign integration with intelliflo: 1) From your intelliflo account 2) From the Videosign Meeting Room The download will be in PDF format and will include the signed document, signee details, record tracking, certificate of authenticity and signee events. This step-by-step guide will show you how to download the document.

Download from intelliflo

Click on the client's name.

Click "Documents".

All finalised documents from Videosign meetings with the client will be shown here.

Click on the document name.

Download the PDF.

Download from the Videosign Meeting Room

In the Videosign Meeting room, open the left-hand menu and click "Finalised".

Click on the document.

Click "Sign document".

Click "Download".
