Downloading student information

This guide provides a straightforward method for efficiently downloading essential student information, including names, IDs, and classroom details, in an Excel format.

Navigate to "**Schools**"

Select the "**Students**" tab

On the right-hand side, click the '**Export all data to Excel**' button to print out an excel file of student information such as IDs, email addresses, names & DOBs

The excel file does not contain password data, only information regarding student's classrooms, first & last names, year levels, gender, current classrooms, IDs and DOBs
