In enrollment manager, search for the student of interest then go into their profile by clicking on their name.

Hover over courses and click enrolled

Click on the gear icon
4
Click "Drop"
5
Choose a reason for dropping

Click "Continue"

Click "Checkout"
8
Click "Continue"

Click "Refund Balance"
