Upper right-hand side of Dynamedex screen. Cursor is on the Search Box.

Type the drug name (generic, chemical, brand, etc.)

Click on the corresponding drug in the drop-down.

The letters "levaq" are in the search box, and a drop down menu shows many options. The cursor is positioned over the general "levaquin" option.

Click on the drug under "Drug Monograph"

Screen shows a Drug Monograph link for Levofloxacin. The cursor is on that link. Also shown are links to Conditions.

Scroll down to "Medication Safety" on the left-hand navigation and click the "carrot" icon.

On the left-hand side of the screen, the cursor sits on top of a link next to the option, Medication Safety.

Click "Adverse Effects"
