Duplicate Plates - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agent) to request duplicate plates using the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Vehicles" from the IRP sub-menu

Select the desired registration year and fleet

Select "Duplicate Plate/Stickers" from the action dropdown menu

Eligible vehicle(s) load below

Select the desired vehicle(s)

Click "Start"

Select the reason for requesting a duplicate plate

Select the preferred delivery option to receive the plate

NOTE: Temporary authority is available and selected by default

NOTE: If multiple vehicles are selected for duplicate plates, the reason, receipt method, and temporary authority selections made here will apply to all

Click "Order Plate"

NOTE: Supplement is submitted for DOT processing

System redirects to newly created duplicate plate supplement
