Duplicating an ALEX configuration for an existing customer

Navigate to [https://builder.myalex.com/#!/configurations](https://builder.myalex.com/#!/configurations)

Find the configuration you'd like to duplicate and click the "Duplicate" button.

Choose the option to duplicate for an Existing Customer and type the customer name to search for the correct customer profile.

Check the correct Customer profile.

Click "Duplicate configuration"

Click this dropdown to choose between Self-Service Essentials or Fundamentals. Essentials includes Benefits Counselor (audio-led), ALEX Go (English and Spanish), Benefits and New Hire Sneak Peek videos, Medicare, and Ask ALEX (AI Chat). Fundamentals is only ALEX Go (English and Spanish). This is the text-based version of ALEX.

Click this dropdown to choose the plan year this configuration will be for.

Enter the number of Eligible Employees. It's fine if all you have is an estimate at this point. You'll have the opportunity to update it before you launch.

This checkbox will automatically move forward dates configured by one year. For example, if you are duplicating a plan year 2024 configuration to use for plan year 2025, you'll want to check this box.

Click "Finish and start configuring details"

Your duplicated configuration will open and you can start reviewing and updating plan data!
