Let’s explore all the features available on the Projects page in the EDOT Agency - Admin Portal. We'll cover how to navigate projects using search, sorting filters, column editing, and exporting the project list.

To get started, navigate to **Projects** from the main menu in the Admin Portal.

Here, you'll find a dynamic list of all the projects currently available within your agency.

The view is organized into tabs for **All Projects, Archived,** and **Recently Deleted**.

The search field helps you find projects by entering the **Project Name, Project Number,** or **Status**.

Each column represents a key attribute of the ticket, such as **project name, status, ticket count, tickets marked as delivered, supplier, and material type**. All designed to help you **quickly review and organize the information you need** for efficient project tracking and decision-making.

The column header lets you filter the view by that column.

You can customize the columns in these views by clicking the **Settings** button at the top right.

You can drag attributes between the **Visible** section on the left and the **Hidden** section on the right, then click **Save** to apply the changes.

You can undo the changes at anytime by clicking **Reset to Default**.

For your convenience, you can download a spreadsheet of the current view by clicking the **Export CSV** button.

The CSV file will automatically download to your device.

Clicking on a project allows you to edit its high-level settings.

Follow the prompts to update the necessary fields, then click **Save** to apply the changes.

If needed, you can delete a project by clicking the **menu** on the right side of the project row.

Follow the prompts to confirm the project deletion.
