EDOT Inspector App - Manage Documents
Learn how to access and manage documents uploaded by agency users for the selected project.

To get started, navigate to the **Today** page in the **Inspector App**.

Click on the project you want to manage to open the **Project Details** page.

Tap on **Documents** from the **top Project Dashboard**.

Tap the **Add Document** button to start the workflow.

You can either **scan a document** using your **device's camera** or **select an image** of a document from your **photo gallery**.

Choosing to **scan a document** will open your **camera app**.

Make sure to **allow camera access** when prompted.

Align the **document** in the **viewfinder**, and the app will **automatically capture images**, allowing you to **scan multiple pages** quickly as needed.

Once **saved**, a **preview** of the file will appear on the **Documents** page. The app scans the file and automatically names it with a relevant title.

Tapping the **menu** next to the **document preview** allows you to **rename, download,** or **delete** the file as needed.

Tapping on the **preview** opens a **full screen view** of the file for your **review**.

Tap the **Upload Document** button at the bottom to **continue adding new files**.
