EDOT Inspector App - Mark Tickets Delivered & Pay Coding

Quickly and efficiently mark loads as delivered and digitally pay code tickets in real-time while in the field with just a few taps on the Inspector App.

To get started, navigate to the **Today** page which provides a **dynamic feed** of all the agency projects you are associated with.

Tap on a **Project Tile** to view the **Project Details** page.

The **Project Details** page, under the **Tickets** tab, provides a **dynamic feed** of **real-time ticketing data** for the selected project. Tickets are **automatically generated** from the **supplier’s plant system** as materials are loaded and weighed. This ensures **real-time tracking** and accurate documentation of deliveries.

Tap the **Mark Delivered** button on the ticket you wish to manage.

Follow the prompts to select the **Pay Item** you wish to code this ticket with.

Tap here to search from a list of **Pay Items.**

Select the **Pay Item** you want to code this ticket with. You can select up to two pay items if needed.

Enter the **load quantity** to be coded with the **pay item**.

Alternatively, you can code the ticket as Do Not Pay and enter the quantity below.

Tap **Use Net** to quickly apply the **ticketed quantity** for pay coding.

If you need to **split a ticket**, you can select **up to two pay items** and enter a **quantity** for each.

Tap **Confirm Delivery** to finalize marking the load as **delivered** and apply the **pay code** accordingly.
