Learn how to manage material tickets without an active internet connection, ideal for construction sites with limited or no reception. Offline Mode enables you to continue managing e-tickets, and once reconnected to a network, all ticket data automatically syncs to the cloud.

**Offline Mode** allows you to **manage tickets without internet access**. Once you reconnect to a **network**, the **ticket data** will **automatically sync** and update to the cloud.

The **Status Indicator** displays your **connection status** and doubles as a tool to **Create Tickets Online or Offline**.

When at a **job site** with **little to no coverage**, the **status indicator** may display as **offline**. Tapping here will allow you to manage tickets regardless of your **connection status**.

A **notification** alerts you that the **offline ticket** will **sync back to the cloud** once a **connection is reestablished**.

This view is organized into three tabs: **Create New**, **Pending**, and **Sent Tickets**.

By default you land on the **Create New** tab.

Follow the **prompts** to create a **digital ticket**. Start by selecting the **Project Name**.

Reference the **paper ticket** and enter the **last four digits** of the **ticket number**. This is crucial for the ticket to sync later on.

Select the **load status** as **Pending, Delivered,** or **Rejected**.

Scroll down and enter all the details you wish to include with the ticket

Tap **Create Ticket** to finalize logging the ticket.

The **Pending Tickets** tab displays **offline ticket activity** that has **not yet synced** to the cloud or matched its **digital counterpart**.

The system **automatically attempts to sync** at regular intervals to check for **new cloud data** that may resolve the issue.

The system may occasionally experience **difficulties syncing** a ticket created **offline**. Tap on the **info bubble** to identify the issue.

Read the **alert message** for guidance on **resolving** the syncing error.

The **Sent Tickets** tab displays **offline-created tickets** that have **successfully synced** once back online.

While still **offline**, you can review **offline-created tickets** by navigating to the **Project Details** page.

The **top dashboard** on the **Project Details** page displays your **connection status**, while the **tickets tab** shows **offline tickets**.

You can also **create new offline tickets** from the **Project Details** page by tapping the **Offline Mode** option in the **top dashboard**.

You can manually **enable Offline Mode** as needed. This is beneficial if your **phone struggles to maintain a stable connection** due to **poor coverage** at the job site.

Tap the **airplane button** at the **top left** to manually go **offline**.

Tap **Enable** to confirm the action.

You can **disable** manual **Offline Mode** as needed.
