Helloprint

Navigate to your WordPress dashboard

Navigate to Plugins

Click "Add new"

Click this search field.

Type "helloprint"

Click "SEARCH"

Click "install" and then "activate"

Click Plugins to go to your installed plugins. You'll now see HelloPrint listed here.

Click "Settings"

Enter your preferred settings. You can find a description of each setting under our Help Centre:

Click "Save changes".

Click "Categories". We suggest entering your categories per our category hierarchy on [www.helloprint.co.uk/all-products](http://www.helloprint.co.uk/all-products).

For example "Events" is a main category with subcategories like "Balloons & Accessories", "Breakable Coins", etc.

Once you have all desired categories set up, hover over the HelloPrint plugin and click "Bulk Add Products"

Click "Select Category"

Click this search field and scroll, or alternatively start typing in the name of the product you would like to add.

Click "Commercial Print > All Hospitality > Balloons"

Alternatively, you can go back to all categories by selecting "Select Category"

Click this dropdown to include the length of search results.

Click the "Search:" field.

Type "balloon" for example.

Click this checkbox.

Click "Add to Category"

Click "Select Woocommerce Category"

Click this search field.

Type "ball"

Click "--Balloons & Accessories"

Click "Submit"

Now let's discuss how to add customized artwork to a product.

Add the product for which you would like to add a design to your cart through [connect.helloprint.co.uk](http://connect.helloprint.co.uk) or [connect.helloprint.nl](http://connect.helloprint.nl), depending on with which Connect version you have an account.

Go the product you are looking to find the specific SKU and product key information of. You can find it at the bottom of the page under API: Variant Key.

Navigate to "products" in your WordPress dashboard.

Click "Edit" under the product for which you would like to add customized artwork.

Click this dropdown and make the product a "Simple Product".

Click the "Regular price (€)" field and enter your desired price.

Click "Inventory"

Click the "SKU" field.

Type in the SKU. For our example, it is "APR-NATURAL-C-F0"

Click this button.

Click "Inventory"

Copy the text in the "SKU" field to your clipboard.

Click "Order Presets"

Click "Add Order Preset"

Click this text field.

Type "Basic Apron Print"

Click this text field.

Paste in the SKU you entered for the product.

Then type in the HelloPrint variant key (you retrieved this in Step 32). This is product key + "~" + SKU. For example: basicaprons~APR-NATURAL-C-F0.

Enter the service level and default quantity of your choice.

Click "Browse" and select your artwork.

Click Save.

When you receive orders for these products, you will see the image file included in the order under "WooCommerce --> Orders".

Click "Download" to view the artwork.

For these custom artwork orders, make sure to click "HelloPrint Action: Place Order" on the right-hand side of your screen.

And that's it! You're all set up. Now all you have to do is watch the orders roll in 🚀
