If details such as the Course Review Contact is blank or Course Description is redundant, it likely indicates that the course was originally entered into the previous EPP platform and imported into the new one. In this case, **any edits will require the entire course to be resubmitted for review, even if the course has already taken place.**

Clicking **"Edit Course"** will open the form and require you to complete all fields now required by the new platform template.

All required information will be indicated by red

**Key Topics** are now a required field, unlike in the previous platform.

The **qualification of the primary course author** is also a new required field in the updated template.

Indicating whether the course includes assessments is also a new section in the template.

If an assessment is included, you will be required to provide a description.

Fill out the PMI Talent Triangle, Certification, and Strategic Alignment section

The number of hours and the Talent Triangle breakdown has been imported automatically. **It is highly recommended not to adjust these if this is an already approved, previously run course.**

**Certification Alignment** is another new section of the template

Tip! Use the carrots on each section to expand/collapse that section

Review that the imported information regarding the sessions is correct for this course.

**Once all edits are complete, you will need to resubmit this course for review, even if it was previously approved or has already taken place.** This ensures proper reconciliation of prior data into the new platform format.
