ESS Dashboard Overview

Magnarsystems

Open Magnar HCM link, enter your login details and click "Login".

Once you login, the ESS dashboard will be displayed.

Each employee can view his profile details, click on your name and select "My Profile".

You can update your first name, last name, phone number, and email, then click "Save."

You also have the option to change your password. Click on your name, select "Change Password," enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. Finally, click "Save."

You can also sign out from your ESS page. Click on your name, select "Sign Out," and you will be redirected to the login page.

Let's go over the available options in our Dashboard.

You can view your Annual Leave Balance details, including your end-of-year balance, the balance set to expire at the year's end, and your eligible balance to date.

You can view the company-designated holiday list.

You can view your organization chart by selecting "Organizations" and clicking "Expand All" to see the full chart.

You can view the company policies by selecting "Policies and Procedures," where you can download the attached document.

Same concept will be applied to the "Corporate Offers"

You can check your tasks by selecting "My Pending Tasks" to view all tasks awaiting your approval, "My Approved Tasks" to see previously approved tasks, and "My Rejected Tasks" to view tasks that were previously rejected.

To check your activity and view previous and upcoming events, select "View All" to display all your activities. To create a new activity, select "New Activity," which can be either an Interview or a Task. Add all the required details and click "Save."

Click the notification button in the top right corner of your screen to view recent notifications. New notifications will be highlighted in green. You can also click on a notification to directly access the related request.

To personalize your dashboard, click the settings button in the top right corner of your screen and select "Personalize Group." Then, click the + button to add and pin new fields to your dashboard, then click Save.

To change your language, click the settings button in the top right corner of your screen and select your preferred language.

Click "Go to Payroll" to access the Backoffice (available only if access has been granted by your Admin).

If your organization has multiple companies, you can navigate through them by selecting "Switch Company" and then choosing the desired company.
