Navigate to [https://www.pacificu.edu/](https://www.pacificu.edu/)

Click the expanding menu in the upper right corner.

Click "Faculty & Staff"

Scroll down and click "Log In."
**Pro Tip!** You can also navigate directly to the log in page by starting at [pacificu.edu/user](https://pacificu.edu/user).

Click "View My Content"

Your employee page will be in the list of content assigned to you. Click your page.

Click "Edit"

Complete or update the fields with your information.

You can upload or replace your photo. The photo should be square and 220 x 220 pixels. You will add your name as alternative text.
**Pro Tip!** Be sure to paste as plain text, or else you will have hidden code overwriting your formatting! On Windows: **[[Ctrl + Shift + V.]] On Mac: [[Cmd + Shift + V]]**

The Content field is the main body of the page. You can add or edit text. Format your text using the editor toolbar. For example, add paragraph breaks, bullet points, or bold or italicize text.

If you are faculty, you can use the "Associated Areas of Study" field. This will add a link to the program page on your employee page under "Areas I Teach."

Click "Save." Your changes will now be live on the website!
