Edit Fleet - Mailing Address - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to edit fleet mailing address within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Fleets" from the IRP sub-menu

Existing fleets will load

Fleets can be viewed, edited, or deactivated

NOTE: Fleets can also be added

NOTE: Fleets with active vehicles cannot be deactivated

Click "Edit" from the actions icon menu

View and edit fleet details as needed

Update or remove mailing address as needed

If no mailing address exists, one can be added

When ready, click "Save"

Fleet details have been updated

NOTE: Cab cards for this fleet will be updated if mailing address is added or edited
