Edit Vehicle(s) - Change Weight Group - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for Service Providers (Process Agents) to change the weight group of vehicle(s) within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to IRP Vehicles

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Vehicles" from the IRP sub-menu

Select your desired registration year and fleet

Click "Edit Vehicle(s)" from the action dropdown menu

Eligible vehicle(s) will load below

Select the desired vehicle(s)

Click "Start"

Supplement Step 1 of 4 - Vehicle(s)

Vehicle has been added to the supplement

Click "Edit" from the action icon menu

Review vehicle information

Click "Next"

Change Weight Group

Select a weight group from the drop down to change to an existing weight group

NOTE: If needed, a new weight group can be created

When ready, click "Next"

Review registration details and click "Save"

Vehicle changes have been saved to the supplement

NOTE: Vehicle can be edited again, viewed, or removed from the supplement

NOTE: Another vehicle may be added to the supplement

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 2 of 4 - Documentation

Review documentation requirements and upload any documents

NOTE: Temporary authority can be requested when editing a vehicle

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 4 - Verify

Select preferences and verify supplement information

Selections must be made for how to receive invoice as well as credentials

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 4 - Submit

Verify supplement information and click "Submit"

NOTE: Supplement is submitted for DOT processing

Supplement Submitted

Supplement is submitted for DOT processing and system redirects to Supplements page
