Edit a Weight Group - Service Provider

This is step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to edit a weight group in the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to IRP Weight Groups

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Weight Groups" from the IRP sub-menu

Existing weight groups will load

Weight groups can be viewed, edited, or deactivated

NOTE: Weight group must have 0 vehicles to be deactivated\ Learn more about [deactivating a weight group](https://scribehow.com/shared/Deactivate_and_Reactivate_Weight_Groups__Service_Provider__kN9M2AVqRr67SSXMMlGRJg)

NOTE: Unresolved supplements will prevent weight group edits

Click "Edit" from the actions icon menu

Supplement Step 1 of 4 - Weight Group Details

Make updates as needed

NOTE: If base weight is over maximum for any jurisdiction, the maximum weight for that jurisdiction will be used by default

NOTE: If a variance of greater than 10% between jurisdictions exists, an explanation is required

Supplement Step 2 of 4 - Documentation

View vehicle documentation requirements and upload documents as needed

NOTE: Temporary authority is available and selected by default

NOTE: Documents can be uploaded to the supplement

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 4 - Verify

Select preferences and verify supplement information

Selections must be made for how to receive the invoice as well as the credentials

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 4 - Submit

Review supplement and invoice details and click "Submit"

NOTE: Supplement is now open for DOT processing

Supplement Submitted

System redirects to the open supplement

Invoice and vehicle details load below

Before and after details are also available

Any affected vehicles will load below
